The Twister is 2" deeper than the Elegant and has 2 extra lights. The Twister also has an option to use an 8" duct size. The Elegant can only use a 6" duct size. Both units use the same type of motor and will have very similar performance when a 6" duct is used. The choice between the two is mostly based on preference.
