Yes, you can exchange your order if you meet the following requirements:

  1. You must have a Return Authorization Number
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 Days of receiving the order
  3. You must have the original box and packing materials with all original parts in the box
  4. The unit must be free of installation marks (installed units are non-refundable)
  5. Product must be in brand-new condition without any scratches or dents
  6. Return Shipping is covered by you (original shipping cost is deducted from any refunds)
  7. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% re-stocking fee (could be waived if box arrives in perfect condition)
